The Sheraton Waikiki is located on the beach at Waikiki next the the Royal Hawaiian and the Moana Surfrider Hotels and the beginning of Kuhio Beach.

if you plan to book a hotel room at the hotel for the two days (which would be an excellent idea to avoid the hassles of commuting in our very busy city at rush hours), you may do by calling the Sheraton Reservations desk. CONFERENCE SERVICES

Free Babysitting and Child Care services will be available to the children of conference attendees for the duration of the conference. Please contact Manini Marketing for reservations.

Hospitality Suite - Suites at the hotel are available for hourly rental at $85/hour from the conference for small private meetings, to make small private presentations to small groups, for small social gatherings, private baby sitting, or for freshening up after a swim. Reserve your space here and now, then contact Manini Marketing to secure exact times and other details.

Conference Rooms

The keynote addresses will be held in the Kau'ai Ballroom. The vendor tables will be in the Mau'i Ballroom and Ballroom Foyer. The breakout sessions will be held in the Kau'ai Ballroom and the Honolulu, Kahuku, Oahu and Waialua rooms. Standard lunch will be held in the Mau'i Ballroom and the Ni'ihau room. One of the conference receptions will be held in the Ballroom Foyer and the other will be held near the Diamond Head pool outside.

Parking Location and Fees

Parking is available in the parking structure at the Sheraton Waikiki. Access to the parking structure is on the ground floor off of Kalakaua Avenue. Parking rates are $8.00/car up to 12 hours for self parking. There will be validation for self parking only. It is suggested that everyone park in the parking structure. Street parking in Waikiki is very hard to find. Prices for parking elsewhere in Waikiki will be much more costly.

Public Transportation is excellent in Honolulu. For information about bus service, routes, schedules to and from the hotel, please call The City and County of Honolulu Bus (808)848-555.
