Partnership Opportunities: There are 5 major cash and in-kind sponsorship opportunities that will deliver significant visibility to conference attendees as well as website and other observers and listeners of our conference event publicity that will take place in the months leading up to the conference and afterwards. These 5 major sponsorships include the following:




Diamond Partnership - $10,000 in cash or in-kind value
     1) Top billing by specific name in all partner listings, promotions, correspondence and speaker  presentations
     2) Signage at the conference on all printed pieces
     3) Exclusive industry representative of the conference
     4) VIP seating at the front on the main ballroom
     5) 10 general admission tickets + 5 reception admission tickets
     6) 1 Vendor table in the Ballroom Foyer




Platinum Partnership - $7,500 in cash or in-kind value
     1) Prominent mentions in partner Listings and all promotions and correspondence
     2) Signage at the conference on all printed pieces
     3) Exclusive industry

     5) 8 general admission tickets + 3 reception admission tickets

In addition to these major partnerships, there are also smaller "a la carte partnerships" including the following:







Contest Prize Marketing Partnerships - The Manini Marketing Go to Grow Conference Contest may be the most highly marketed part of the conference. In-kind sponsorship in the following categories: printing, advertising, computer, office furniture, phone system, graphic design services, direct marketing, business services consulting (marketing plan, accounting, public relations). Benefits - multiple impressions on the website and in all radio, tv, radio, and print advertising. Requested value in $250 increments in cash or in-kind value.





Coffee/Beverage Break Partners - Each conference day, there will be three gathering or break periods in which 600 attendees will seek to refresh themselves with coffee, tea and other beverages and snacks at the: 1) morning coffee/beverages, 2) mid-a.m. coffee/beverages break, and 3) mid-p.m. coffee/beverages break. Sponsors of these breaks will be provided the opportunity to make themselves visible to all participants by branding the events with appropriate materials. In addition, such breaks will be made visible in all conference printed matter. Six sponsors are sought at $3,600.




Hospitality Suites - Suites at the hotel are available for hourly rental at $85/hour from the conference for small private meetings, to make small private presentations to small groups, for small social gatherings, baby sitting, or for freshening up after a swim.  Order here and now to reserve your space,  then contact Manini Marketing to secure times and dates.




Distribution of Market Information about Marketing Services - These are bags that will be distributed to all conference participants at the time of registration. There are two partnership opportunities here: 1) Partnership for the bag itself - $2,000 or a lesser equivalent for the bag itself; and 2) Partnership for the contents of the bags (please furnish 700 pieces) - $50.  



Receptions - The Manini Marketing Go to Grow Conference will have a partnered reception for 600 attendees at the end of each full day. A total of eight $2,500 partners will be accepted - 4 sponors for each day. Partners will be allowed to fly flags, post banners, hang signs and pass out logoed napkins and other creative displays. Audio mentions will also be made by the reception MC at the event, at other speaking events throughout the day and in the conference program.



VIP Luncheon with Speakers: $35 will purchase a spot at a luncheon table with 9 others who are all interested in informally having lunch with a conference speaker, informally discussing issues that were highlighted in that speaker's talk. 



VIP Luncheon Table Partner - Table sponsorships will be available. A table partnership consisting of 10 seats will be available for $400. Two luncheons will be available -- one for each day of the conference. 30-40 tables will be available in the Molokai Room. This is a special luncheon where each table will have a conference speaker as a special guest at the table to answer questions and discuss his or her topic.





VIP Luncheon Centerpiece Table Partner - Tables that don't have sponsors will have centerpieces available for sale at $125. A centerpiece is a designed promotional piece where the sponsor will be able to place a business name, logo, business cards, and other table give away gifts.




Website Partners - Google-like placement ads or classic visual banners









Website Video Partners - web videos are $400 for 6 months or $700 for 12 months
